More about Christian
Christian’s style is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic, rooted in evidence-based techniques designed to help clients overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
Christian is trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), an evidence-based approach that emphasizes clients’ strengths and resources to create practical, goal-oriented solutions. He integrates this approach into his work to help clients achieve meaningful change in a focused and empowering way.
As a former college athlete and current coach at ATA Cheer, Christian has a strong passion for sports psychology. Born in Greenwich, CT, and raised in Sugar Hill, GA, Christian is bilingual in Spanish, allowing him to connect with and serve a diverse community of clients. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys staying active, coaching, and spending time outdoors, where he finds peace and inspiration.
