Group Therapy
Group counseling is a form of counseling in which a small number of people meet together under the guidance of professionally trained therapists to experience growth and change. In groups, one can share common problems, safely interact with others, learn about oneself, and help others learn about themselves. Groups form throughout the year, see a list of our current group offerings below.
Teen Group
Our Teen Group Therapy for high school ages 14–18 offers a safe place for teens to talk openly, feel understood, and learn practical tools to cope and grow.
This is a closed, therapeutic group (not just a casual support group) designed to help teens build confidence, emotional insight, and healthy coping skills alongside peers who “get it.”
