WHAT IS GROUP COUNSELING?
Group counseling is a form of counseling in which a small number of people meet together under the guidance of professionally trained therapists to experience growth and change. In groups, one can share common problems, safely interact with others, learn about oneself, and help others learn about themselves. Groups form throughout the year for a variety of topics and require a brief screening.
