Morgan is a Certified ARISE® Interventionist (CAI) and a vital member of the Therapeutic Recovery Network intervention team. In her role, she leads and supports services in Intervention, Care Management, and Treatment Consulting, offering families and individuals a compassionate and structured pathway toward recovery.

Since beginning her work in behavioral health in 2017, Morgan has built a diverse and well-rounded foundation in the field. Her experience spans all levels of care, with roles in case management, discharge planning, crisis support, and intervention services. Most recently, she served as Director of Admissions and Business Development at one of Atlanta’s leading behavioral health programs.
Morgan’s dedication to this work is deeply personal. Inspired by her own journey of recovery from substance use and mental health challenges, she brings an unparalleled level of empathy and insight to the individuals and families she serves. Her approach is grounded in authenticity, respect, and collaboration, helping clients and their loved ones navigate the often overwhelming process of accessing effective treatment.
