Morgan Grate is a Nationally Certified ARISE® Interventionist (CAI) and a member of the Therapeutic Recovery Network intervention team, providing professional addiction intervention services, treatment consulting, and recovery care management for individuals and families facing substance use and mental health crises. Morgan specializes in guiding families through complex addiction and mental health interventions, helping loved ones move from crisis and uncertainty toward clear pathways for treatment, stabilization, and long-term recovery.
Using a variety of evidence-based intervention models, including the ARISE® Intervention Model, Morgan works closely with families to engage individuals who may be resistant to treatment while strengthening the family system and building a foundation for long-term recovery support.

Prior to joining TRN, Morgan served as Director of Admissions and Business Development for a leading behavioral health treatment program in Atlanta, where she worked closely with families, clinicians, and referral partners to coordinate appropriate levels of care including detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and outpatient therapy.
This experience gives Morgan a deep understanding of the treatment landscape and how to help families quickly access the right level of care during a crisis.
