Background & Training
Kethlin is a native of Shelbyville, Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Medical Humanities from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from Mississippi State University.

During her time at both universities, Kethlin competed as a Division I track and field student-athlete, achieving extraordinary success. She captured multiple SEC Conference Championships and NCAA National Championships, earning honors as a multiple-time NCAA First Team All-American, First Team All-SEC, and All-Academic honoree. In 2019, she became the SEC Outdoor 400m Champion, recording a time that ranked her 3rd in the world.

Her athletic career included qualifying for both the 2019 World Championship Trials and the USA Olympic Trials, placing her among the nation’s elite competitors.
