A space to figure things out… together
The transition into adulthood can be exciting and overwhelming—college, work, relationships, independence, finances, family expectations, and questions like, “What am I doing with my life?”
Our Young Adult Group Therapy offers a safe, judgment-free space for ages 18–25 to talk openly, gain support, and build real-world coping skills alongside others in a similar season of life.
This is a therapeutic group, led by a mental health professional, designed to help young adults feel less alone and more equipped to handle life’s challenges.
Who this group is for?
This group is a good fit if you’re a young adult who:
• Is in college, trade school, working, or in-between
• Feels anxious, “stuck,” or overwhelmed by life transitions
• Struggling with friendships, family conflict, or relationship drama
• Is navigating relationships, breakups, or dating
• Struggles with family dynamics or setting boundaries
• Is dealing with stress, burnout, perfectionism, or people-pleasing
• Feels lonely, disconnected, or unsure of your next steps
• Wants a place to be honest about how you’re really doing
What we focus on in group
Each week, we explore topics that often come up in young adulthood, such as:
• Anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation
• Identity, self-worth, and confidence
• Friendships, dating, and relationship patterns
• Boundaries with family, roommates, and partners
• School and work stress, motivation, and burnout
• Life transitions, uncertainty, and “next steps”
• Coping skills that actually work in real life
Group sessions may include:
• Open group discussion
• Guided reflections and activities
• Short teaching segments (psychoeducation)
• Practicing new skills in a supportive environment
What to expect
• Confidential, respectful environment
• A small group size so everyone has space to share
• A mix of support, practical tools, and real conversation
• No pressure to “have it all together” or be perfect
• Space to talk honestly about mental health, relationships, and goals
You can participate at your own pace—sharing as you feel more comfortable over time.

• Feel like you’re the only one struggling (you’re not)
• Want feedback and encouragement from peers
• Learn well through conversation and shared experience

Some young adults prefer to start in group; others are already in individual therapy and add group for extra support. We’ll help you decide what makes the most sense for you.
